Medio Photochromic Over-Glasses
Photochromic Fit-Over Sunglasses react automatically to the available sunlight. On overcast days the lens tints are medium to light. On sunny days they darken to a comfortable sunglass tint and when you go inside, they lighten up. Since they darken and lighten in response to the amount of sunlight you can wear them from dawn to dusk and never have to take them off. Also known as photochromatic, transitional, day to night or react to light fit over sunglasses.
Our tough 24 hour photochromic lenses have a clear to smoke transition with 83% transmittance when clear to 23% when fully darkened. We use high quality CR-39 monomer lenses for their superb optical properties combined with light weight and high abrasion resistance.
Our high quality, lightweight frames are made from very tough and durable polycarbonate with five-point hinges to minimise the risk of breakage at the most vulnerable point. Flexible slim-line arm ends ease the fitting process over your spectacles and simplify their insertion under a helmet. Built in grey smoke side lenses give a wider field of vision and deep temples provide superior peripheral protection from harmful UV rays and the elements. These shatterproof side lenses are ingeniously integrated into the temple design so they won't fall out in normal use.

They're supplied complete with a microfibre cleaning pouch, a rigid zipper case to protect them when not in use and an adjustable neck cord. Our sunglasses carry a 12 months limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
